I post about these sum' bitches all the time -- or at least it feels like I do. Now, BoingBoing has fun facts (?) about the scary critters. Oh, I hate hate hate hate hate hate them. They make my skin crawl. And, they can live for seven years? Oh, Mother!

National Library Week.


And in honor of that, I'm going to get to reading... and NOT for work. For me. I was sad to read about the founder of Banned Books Week passing away this week. There's excuse not to take advantage that exists at the public library. We have awesome ones here in Chicago!

As I sit in a meeting (again), I'm thinking this morning about fixing some stuff, and doing some of this kind of living.
